Prone extension and core strength

A weak core can be at the root of a child's inability to sit still. Discover how to assess your child's ability to hold the position of prone extension (or superman). If your child is unable to hold this position for the age appropriate norms, you can then use this position as an exercise to help them gain core strength and make the ability to sit still more of a reality.
