Great storyline! It's amazing how talented some of the writers were back in the golden age of Hollywood. It took really talented writers to come up with such a unique story, and to tell it fully in one hour. Thanks for a great little movie.

Off to a slow start but turned out good. Boyd, Sebastian (Boyd's real life wife), Zasu, Gleason, and a good story, made it a winner. June MacCloy added another pretty face to the mix. Thanks BQM. Enjoyed it.

Enjoyed that one! Movies today, with all the technology, don't come close. to this plot The chase scene with the train had me on the edge of my seat! Through all of these people's troubles, gambling, suicide/contract, the mobsters, love prevailed. Good wins over evil.
