That women's brother took all of the good ones.

Her father's gotta be real proud looking down on her selling his lifelong passion and collection for 500 bucks

It's funny to watch these guys argue over $500 when they are each making like 25k an episode

Her brother 100% looked through the collection first, took all the good comics and then said, “Here’s your half sis.”

500 is not even a shred of risk for these guys. Chum actually knew what he was looking at too.

If I inherited comic books like that, I would never sell them.

Not sure I've ever seen a comic book being sold for 5 cents. Let alone 2, 000 of them. This show needs more reality.

0:40 That "Tomb of Dracula" Issue #58 alone is selling for between $25 and $50 Dollars (depending on condition) on Ebay right now.
0:43 That "Avengers Annual" #10 (1981) is selling for between $35 and $70 (again, condition)

0:53 That is Issue #1 of Doctor Strange (1974) and it's worth anything from $70 to $250 depending on condition.

I would pay $500 because I know all those boxes have way more value then $500

This guy's appraisal is off. 5¢ a piece "if you're lucky"?? Put them in a bin and price them at $1.50 each or 10 for $10. Average people will buy them because they like them, not for their resale value.

Go on a vacation?
You have worlds to explore in those boxes!

I don't have time to go through them, says the woman who wrote to Pawn Stars, waited for a response, had a meeting with production, set a date for filming, took time off work, loaded 7 boxes in her car and drove to Vegas to have them appraised.

If I inherited that from my uncle, I wouldn’t even sell it, unless during finacial crisis. Let alone selling it dirt cheap, $500 ? WTF to that.

A nickle each? That's nonsense. Every one would bring at least a dollar.

"Avengers" issue 10; 1st appearance of Rogue. Depending on condition; could be worth
up to $500.00.

5 cents a book, people will pay a dollar for any book. Spit in that "experts" face.
