For those who have problems with @02:30 falloff:

when you hit Falloff, you'll see some fields: Linear Field, mograph object, clamp, and a folder+
hit Linear Filed. Then will appear another line of options. Under the Field section you will find Direction, change that as the parameter of the video.

And so on

Excellent tutorial. I completed this in R23. The 'Falloff' tab has changed to 'Fields'. Select 'Linear Field' and make the changes you need. It will not be a neat 1:1 conversion of the settings, but it still works.

If you have R21 and you're at 2:38, also click "Clip to shape", because apparently the UI for this step is different now and that extra step is needed. Edit: Not sure if that's right now.

Yeah, the Falloff on Plain options are probably different now. Not sure how to fix my issues with this tut now. The falloff makes the circles jerk back to being squares as soon as it passes through the other ends.
