So I had an ischemic embolic CVA in the PCA at age 6. Numerous neurological workups determined that I had no abnormal blood clotting factors, (excuse my language, I'm not well versed). I was healthy active with no history of diabetes.... Do you think it could have been atrial fibrillation that went undetected? Do you have any insight on what could have caused an otherwise healthy active 6 year old to suffer a CVA that resulted in left-sided hemiparesis, visual spatial deficiency and Lord knows what else...
