I have been to Havana 3 times and it is definitely my happy place. Thank you for showcasing my wonderful Havana. I have wonderful friends in Havana, the people are generally fun loving and friendly. I wish I could go back constantly but my health has declined and it doesn't seem like a possibility. But I have the most wonderful memories of this amazing city.

I traveled with 14 people and covered the whole Island in of Cuba for 13 days it was the best trip of my life and I have been all over the world

The Cubans are magicians with their old cars, we took a taxi ride to Havana, my wife was in the passenger seat, I sat in the R/R so I had a good view of the dashboard, shifter and all the gauges. Instrument pod, custom made with speedometer, tachometer, oil pressure gauges etc.
Beautifully made, just fascinating !!
The taxi was a 1957 Chevy, engine was from a 4 cyl Hyundai, 5 speed shifter on the steering collumn, can you imagine the linkage required to make that work ??
We had a great tour through Havana, great to see that they were restoring a lot of the old historical buildings.
Love to go back someday.

Danke für die Info über Kuba, es tut mir im Herz Weh, wenn ich sehe, wie die Menschen in Kuba Leiden muss. Es ist so ein schönes Land 👍 was ist aus Kuba nur geworden ? Die Menschen sind so freundlich und voller Hoffnung. Mein Traum ist immer noch, Kuba zu besuchen. Aber nur unter Kubaner die jeden Tag kämpfen müssen, um genug Essen zu bekommen. Ich wünsche Kubaner, das die Wirtschaftslage besser wird. Alles gut für Kuba
