In India, I bought my Macbook Air M1 at 80k INR which is 975.82 US dollars. And yes, this excludes all the offers, $ 975 is the official pricing on Amazon, Flipkart, Chroma, etc. and if bank offer is applied then it goes to $ 853.84 and tax benefits of 18%, so ultimately it goes down to $ 707.47.
So I think Macbook Air M1 at $707.47 is amazing deal.

In the UK I got a student deal- 100£ off on the new M2 MBA + a 120£ discount coupon. So basically it was like buying a base M2MBA and getting a brand new set of air pods pro 2 free. Good deal for me personally since I only do basic iPad esque tasks on my MacBook.

I stand by saying the m1 air is the GO TO laptop right now. The m2 isn’t much better than m1 and it’s a significantly cheaper laptop right now. Anddd there’s the slow ssd Apple put the m2 with.

I just bought an M1 Pro MacBook Pro 14" just last month with the Best Buy discount. Best purchase I've ever made of any Apple product. If you don't care much about the weight, 14" is light enough and has tremendous power for many years to come, gorgeous display, and multi-media ports.

I would love to see a video on pricing! In the Philippines there's also a large price bump compared to the US. I got my M1 Air a few days ago for around 900 USD with education discount (although I'm paying in installments)

At work we have started buying more MacBook airs instead of Lenovo X1 carbons. Cheaper purchase price, less hardware failures, around 15% of the support tickets raised.. let alone a better user experience. Shocked me after nearly a decade in the industry, my preference for devices really has been swayed with Apple silicon!

On pricing comparing what you can find on a website is not accurate. US prices do not include sales tax as they are set at a state level. UK prices include VAT (value added tax) of 20%

The M2 MacBook Air has been the best Mac I have owned. I got the 16GB RAM and 512SSD and it’s been awesome. Coming from an intel based MacBook Pro the MacBook Air is more powerful then old MacBook Pro. I highly recommend it if you’re considering getting a new Mac
