i got my first ever bra when i was 10 years old. I got a training bra (almost like a bra without any padding or any wires etc.) then about as I was 11 or so I started wearing bras with paddings. I’m 12 atm sand i recommend you wear bras that you feel are the most comfortable. :)

i started wearing bras at 10. i wore sports bras without padding and now im 11 and i still wear sports bras with no padding. so.. everyone grows differently and at their own pace. not everyone is gonna have a padded bra at 11 yrs

I have a question if you don't have breast buds but your nipple shows through shirts and you have training bras is it ok to wear them? Because I don't have breast buds yet and I wear begginers bras (training bras) and I have 1 padded bra because sometimes it helps to hide my nipple in shirts.
