I wear padded or non padded normal bras but kinda expensive ones. My breasts were always heavy. I'm at d cup now. And sports bras were so uncomfortable and tight to put on. Normal bras are easier, more breathable. Each cost me like 1, 250 rs. But they never left lines or marks on me like others did. Breathable, super super comfy and easy to wear and colour takes months to fade even a little. Fabric never wears out. Like those cottony strands standing up thing? Never happens. It's almost like an investment for me now. My mom never thought on price for such things. I was very lucky.

But as my opinion teenager ko tennager wali hook bra phenni chaiye kyuki sports bra jo hoti hai kuch time ke bad uske elastic dheele ho jate hai aur chest neeche ki taraf loose hone chances rehte hai teenage bra hamara fix and proper size banaye rehti hai aur agr bra achi quality ki ho aur use pehnne ka tarika sahi ho to lines nhi padti hai 😊
