I just stumbled upon this video randomly the other day maybe because of the YT algorithm since i watch a lot of NileRed videos about chemistry. anyway i decided to buy this book on a whim after I watched this Short and i am so glad i did. The way this book was written was done in a way that even if you hate reading youll be happy to read this one. Explainations are simple and has a ton of drawings to help you understand concepts for a low IQ person like me. Thank you for recommending it sir. Will be buying the biology and perhaps the computer programming ones as well. Much love. 🙏

"General Chemistry" by Linus Pauling is a great read. It's not the place to start unless you have some Quantum Mechanics under your belt, but it illustrates the mind of a genius.

For people who just want to increase their general knowledge, not going back to college, do you have any sort of book list or web site you recommend? If I had the time and money, I’d probably go back to college and take every introductory 101 course, but I don’t, so looking for a Plan B.
