Lower Town is rough because I attended York Street School in the mid 1980s when I was a little girl and many of the kids were nasty and rough along with the children at Overbrook school on King George Street.

U are missing two more neighborhood...one off montreal road, near beacon hill. The big highrises full of drugs and other related crime. The other one is morrison drive...gangs

I don’t know where you live. Base on the school you told people not to live in bells corners. You better done a better research before you say anything in the social media. The worst place to live in Ottawa is barrhaven. Crime rate is extremely high. Unless you are based on the school rating. Bells corners also has one high school. They have a gifted program. Children from Kanata also go to this school for the gifted program.

Bells Corners! Are you living under a rock? Facts are gang shooting is east and 99% if not 100% fatalities in Ottawa. Low crime in Ottawa.

I find this very misleading. There are no « bad » neighborhoods. Just bad neighbors, which are found everywhere.

Purchase a home close to city features that your looking for.

Ottawa is very safe.
