His voice is just chilling. Given more screen time he could've easily topped Roger Delgado and Anthony Ainley. Something about Jacobi is just so unsettling.

One of the best things about The War Master is the darker take on the theme music. Scary and chilling as Derek Jacobi's wonderful performance!

I finished the War Master Boxset the other day and it was marvelous, especially The Sky Man. I'm hopeful this boxset is just as good if not better

what a wasted oppertunity to not have him in day of the doctor. imagine if they just at least had him for 2 seconds in a flash back fighting along side john hurt and then running away
