If You See SQUARE WAVES in the Water, GET OUT!! 😳🌊

I read about square waves a few years ago. Also, if the shore suddenly starts to go into a rapid low tide, get out! It means when the tide comes back in it’s a tsunami. The shoreline will look odd in the lowest tide you’ve ever seen. People are often to fascinated to know that a big wave is coming afterwards.

A 2ft box jellyfish washed up on a shore in Wales recently... I'm good for the ocean lol it can have it's space respectfully. Nevermind the dodgy square waves 🤣😭

Nobody has better water safety than somebody who refuses to get into the water 😂. Spent my entire life ten minutes from a few beaches and never cared to learn how to swim cuz I learned how to not be unalived by the ocean

You can find these types of waves usually in Île de Ré (France), Libson (Portugal), and in open waters in the South Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. The ocean process of a cross-sea state is the result of several oceanographic phenomena taking place near the coastline. Wave refractions, the bending of swells and wave trains due to sudden and more or less changes in depth and bathymetry, and Wave diffraction, the bending of waves due to interaction with coastal features and obstructions. The waves can be up to about 10ft high usually.
