If you guys were confused because you couldn't see something (I don't remember what that was) just click on "Creations" and then "DEVELOPMENT ITEMS" and scroll until you see "DECALS" then all you have to do is follow what she says and there you go!
Edit:
The decal button should be next to the audio button.

My friend doesn't have any socials because he isn't allowed to, and i painted a few stuff that i wanted to show him. i figured by making them decals it would work out and it did! obviously not the best quality but you can still see what's going on in the illustration lol.
