We are so lucky to live in a world where if youre stuck doing physics you can just go on YouTube for free and watch genius bowtie man teach you.

I noticed that you are swiped left at the end of each lesson. I could take screenshots easily 😄, thank you very much.

Thank you so much for this explanation of dipole electric field, it helps a lot for me half way through. What I am not getting is the dE/da equation. Can you make video of that, please? I know, this would be an explanation of derivative math. Thank you!

Is the electric field a function of x or a? because in this case we assumed that 'a' was a variable not x.

What amazing explanation
Thanks you sir

This is more brilliant on the second viewing than when I first view this lecture. Thank for the excellent explanation and for not skipping any detail.

I think that the graph of E vs. x is wrong. For x = 0 you get E = 2kQ / a^3, not E = 0. The form that you drew is almost E vs. a. The only difference is that as a -> 0 the curve must have a slope of 45 degrees, that is the curve near 0 must increase as x.

Great video. I was wondering if you had a video on the Electric Dipole and the way the electric field creates a torque on the dipole where you can explain the formula of torque and where it comes from and do some challenging problems.

This is an excellent explanation of the electric field of a dipole.Thank you so much for making these lectures available. I am happy I do not have to sit in class feeling lost.

Great video! Hey do you have any videos talking about the torque of a dipole in an electric field?

Graphing always helps my understanding better and thanks.

I have a question. Is this what is happening in an antenna?

Using the First Derivative Test I noticed that (sqrt(2)/2)X is actually a minimum and that X is a maximum, where the derivative is undefined. Maybe it is a cusp at that point?

I am unable to understand the differentiation here do u have any videos on them
