15 circuits of 1 min freestyle
30 sec rest between each
alternate between 1/2 and 1/4 lb rope!

I do jump ropes + burpees + standing pole twist for active rest. 1 min jump rope+ 30 sec rest+ 45 sec burpees. 7 sets.

The fitness community on YouTube is great and thanks to videos like yours, Kinobody's, Austin Dunham's, I along with many others have learned that it is no longer hard to get super lean and get the physique that you want. The days of going to the movies with my friends and not getting a snack that I want while they do because I'm so dead set on getting a great physique is over. I have two meals a day and do intermediate fasting and I also burn a little over a thousand calories a day with all of the workouts I do so in order to have the physique that I want I don't have to starve myself and make it boring I can eat almost anything I want as long as I hit my macros and stay in a little deficit. After hitting my macros and having less calories than I need, I treat myself and I used to think that that wasn't possible. Thank u all for changing the game and making fitness fun!

Thank you for making jump rope fun! I have been doing it for 2 months now, everyday and I have seen a huuuuge difference in my body! I definitely recommend to anyone that is struggling with their weight to try it. I have been saying excuses for my weight gain and I finally picked a jump rope and just did the thing! Thank you 🙏
