Armour advice

more tips: positioning is important, specially with armored bugs. It's only not-exploded weakpoint is the under part of its tail. If you dive and go prone, you have a greater shot at it than when standing on even surface. Also with armored bugs, if a leg is exposed (When its yellow/orange meaty parts are shown on the entire limb) continue firing at it, as it might break the leg which will kill it instantly and is faster than spreading damage across multiple spots on it. You can tell if your doing damage by the reflective shield icon not coming on or your bullets and energy based weapons not emitting a white glow when hitting a target.

Keep switching load-outs depending on the enemy or even planet. Ice planets allow you to fire energy weapons for longer before needing cool off and make firing bullets slower, while desert planets make energy weapons heat up quicker and drain stamina faster. Plan distance for the automatons, close range for bugs.

Keep aware of not only your position when picking or placing turrets, but also where fellow divers could be. Like don't pick a artillery turret with bugs, who get close range with people else you want plenty of friendly fire deaths. Also try not to fire an Arc-thrower with a diver behind the target, because you'll likely zap them too.

Stalkers are giant white, black and orange bugs that turn invisible until close and have an attack that can throw the player. However, they only appear near their nests that are side-objectives. Take out the spawning hole and they'll stop, or leave but be aware they have a sizeable hunting radius around their hive locations.

Bile titans, if using their range attack, have a glow around their mouths before spitting. If you dive, you likely can dodge it entirely, but the window to do so is small.

Another setting recommendation on PS5 would be to remap the shoulder swap to L3. That way, you can hold L3 while moving and aiming to provide a more fluid experience rather than holding down on the Dpad.

One thing I noticed is that sometimes stratagems stick to enemies and other times it just bounces off. Is there anyway to consistently stick them? I find Chargers move way too much and my orbitals always miss them.

you have to use havy armor with anti exploisen vs robots, they shoot ROCKETS

Ignore the armor tip, that was a bad take. Heavy armor is definitely worth it and has saved me from crushers time and time again. You can't just stand there and take the full brunt of a charge mind you but if you dodge or get just enough out of the way on foot then you'll be hit pretty hard yet survive most of the time. Manage your stamina well and spend time fighting aggressively during encounters, not running, as someone in heavy does and you'll be fine. Lighter armor is for those who don't do so well on the front with aggro and like some breathing room.

How on super earth did i try to destroy these doors and didnt get it to blow up, therefore losing out on all the loot. 50+ missions and just because the door somehow survived the blast....
