But to touch on the question you left the video off with, I think the main thing for me was that no one really told me the sheer amount of styles that are achievable with my hair texture outside of braid/twist/knot-outs (as in installing them and then just taking them out and separating them and leaving your hair down) and fros. I really like to experiment with different historical or classic styles and it’s amazing what I’ve been able to learn by just going for it and not thinking that my hair texture has to be straight or fully defined to achieve the look.

I'm a lazy natural as well. I hate wash day. Nobody told me how long it was going to take to detangle my hair. I agree detangling is the devil. Lol
