Depending on how you look at it this is a success. Since the eggs taste the same it means you can boil eggs and make jello simultaneously in the same pot. That's what we call efficiency.

Fun fact: a Chinese delicacy is hard boiled eggs in tea, they slightly crack the shells near the end so a cool spiderweb pattern shows up on the egg
