Cute three BD house layout with LR off to the left of front door; liked the locations of the bedrooms and the long hallway. The BA were too tight and not a fan of showers/commodes sharing the same space. Loved the oversized windows thru out the house!

Nice!.
Though I will think of all 3 bedrooms on the right hand side (RHS) & kitchen, dining & drawing rooms all 3 on LHS with possibly no wall in between drawing & dinning area. This way the WC can be attached to middle room (by swapping its position with front room’s attached bathroom). This WC can
also has access from the open dinning area side. (I hope one can imagine what I mean). Cheers
