One of the best tiny houses I've seen..simple yet spacious..and I love the fact that you have a separate laundry area with enough room for a pantry area.
Also love the fact that instead of the constant bar and bar stools you see all the time you actually have a small dining area..when you take away all the bells and whistles and keep it simple it looks and feels alot more spacious...this design is great..nice starter home or retirement, even a lakehouse..

love love the floor plan for kitchen. i dont like cupboards and only make a storage space like in the right side where there is the fridge in my kitchen so looking at it, it feels so open and spacious. i hope you would also do a 3 bedroom house with a kitchen like this. keep it up the good work! 👍

Great design, but I think you would have to swap out one of those bathrooms for a mechanical room. Water and electricity is a must, for me.
