Dal palak- a combination that just tastes magical🪄

There are so so many ways to make this, I’ve showed a different method before. Here’s another one!

Ingredients I used:
- 1/4 cup toor dal
- 1/4 cup moong dal
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 3 to 4 green chillies, slit
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- pinch of hing
- 2 red chillies
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder

If you add Palak too with the dal then their taste is also enhanced.. after cooking daal put tadka in which you have to add sarso oil, asafoetida, cumin seed, khada red Mirch, garlic cloves with green choped mirch..mix this mixture to the daal.. you will feel heavenly food ❤❤❤
