Today, we're comparing NVIDIAs brand new RTX 3080 to the older highest-end RTX 2080 TI.
The GeForce RTX 3080 has 10GB of new GDDR6X memory, while the RTX 2080 TI is using 11GB of slower GDDR6 memory.
But more important is the jump from 12nm (RTX 2080 TI, Turing) to 8nm (RTX 3080, Ampere).
There's also a new Feature called "RTX DLSS", though that improves performance on both, the RTX 2080 TI and the RTX 3080.
Price-wise the new RTX 3080 costs 699$, while the RTX 2080 TI costed 1199$ at launch.
But who'll win?

These Benchmarks were part of a review of a chinese site that got published accidentally. As these numbers are perfectly matching with leaks from other sources, I'm sure that these numbers are totally right.

Interesting is also the gain with the new RTX DLSS feature - also on the 2080 TI. But what do you think? ^^

I'm running an i9-10, 900k with an RTX2080ti and there is *NO* game I can't run at 4k, 190FPS.
Thanks for telling us that the 3080 gets 3FPS more than the 2080ti when it's inherently not true whatsoever.

still we have to remember that its the 2080 TI against the 3080 non TI. Best choice will probably be to wait for the 3080 TI version to be absolutely future proof

Truth is 3080 is not THAT much better than 2080 Ti.
We always had 30% generational leap.
Majority of reviewers are lying at plain site cuz they got payed or wrong info.

Dislikes are put by ex 2080TI owner who bought it for $1200 two month back than sold it for $600 anticipating at least 100% in 4K performance gains from 3080 and now realized that is was all for nothing, 25-30% gain in performance at best, not mentioning 30% more power draw! And now they have to sit and wait for a month until they can buy anything as the new cards aren't available To put is simply 3080 is the 2080ti but with increased power limit, not so revolutionary

I'm not going to believe a random reviewer who doesn't even show their face. Nvidia told reviewers to specifically not benchmark the gpu and show it off.
