I like how tech gets weird and awesome again. It feels like the beginning of the decade again.

I am very impressed by the level of attention to detail Lenove has shown here. Bluetooth keyboards that fit within the folded enclosure and wirelessly charge when docked, flaps to turn the screen into a standing monitor, a hinge that has more than only a closed and open state... If this thing were as powerful as a regular laptop, say a Dell XPS 15, it would be the most useful laptop out there.

Even if something turns out to be dumb, dimwitted or plain unusable, you gotta try it at least once to know where to go with it. Props to Lenovo for trying to think of something new!

I would have loved to have had an E-Ink Display on the back of my laptop when I was in university. Profs often times (at least in Canada) will assign readings online in addition to traditional textbooks. Having a display that is easier on the eyes (that you can also take notes on/highlight) would eliminate the need to print out all of the PDF readings profs assign. Cool product, maybe not perfectly executed in it's first iteration, however.

I’d be totally on board with the folding laptop. It looks and sounds like it is a thought-out product and since the industry had a few disastrous experiences with folding screens, I’d say this one would probably be fine. I don’t really care about Windows working flawlessly around that device too, as long as it is stable, I’m okay. Really hoping to see a full review of it when it comes out!

11" e-ink screens aren't cheap! That's a better price than I expected.

This is the most exciting laptop/hybrid I have seen since Surface Pro.

That ThinkPad is seriously sick. Would love to see a future version with a regular x86 processor or a future that doesn't need one to get stuff done

Well, I'm impressed, hopefully Microsoft can keep up with this kind of innovation.

With that level of detail, I am impressed. Well done Lenovo! Thank you Mr. M for showing this to us. My goodness, X1 Fold is going to be a game changer in a couple of years!

Oh wow, the X1 Fold looks amazing. Too expensive for me right now, but someday... Simply put, it looks like the future in the form factor of a laptop.

This thinkpad x1 fold could be a paradise for students like me who take notes on a tablet. But the price, buggy UI and unavailability of the most popular note taking apps like goodnotes, notability on windows I am gonna stick to ipad pro for now.

That fold is the kind of fold I've been thinking about

Wow, aside of being more clunky than Surface Neo, this looks pretty cool. Pricing-wise, it made more sense to spend that much for a foldable laptop than a foldable smartphone, so if spec is right, this will be great.
