Ingredients:
Ground Beef - 500g | 1lb
Butter - 15g
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Garlic cloves - 2 minced
Capsicum/Bell Pepper - 1 Diced
Crushed Tomato - 400g can
Brown Sugar - 2 Tbsp
Ketchup - 2 Tbsp
Tomato paste - 2 Tbsp
Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
Beef bouillon cube - 1 Crushed
Pepper - 1 tsp

We used to make these back in the service. Instead of meat, we often had to use tree bark or any kind of brown thing that we could find. and instead of brown sugar we used my buddy Ray's urine. He had severe diabetes. Turned out great. I was a service dog for three years.
