Minimum size requirements for multi storey high rise residential flat apartment as per rule & regulation
Bedroom size 10 square meter
Living 16.5 square meter
Kitchen 7.5 Square meter
Duct 9 square meter if number of two kitchen bathroom corelate
Flat Corridor 1.2 meter width
Bathroom 2X2.4 meter
Balcony 1 meter
Service Corridor/Lobby 2 meter

Design Specifications
This plan having
14 Flat Apartments
12 Flat with 3 Master Bedroom + Living Dining + Balcony + Kitchen + Store + 4 Bathroom
2 Flat with 1 Master Bedroom + Living Dining + Kitchen + 1 Bathroom
4 Lift & 2 Staircase

Note :-
In this plan space management and minimum space requirements has been followed as per International standard
