0:12 This is "atherosclerosis"? NO!!! This is Cholesteric cylindrical plaque!!!
0:23-The stent can not expand the atherosclerotic plaque!!! The stent is able to stretch a soft cylindrical cholesteric plaque !!!

the question was not for me it for the film maker.
I think they can not be removed. The metal cage is keep your vein open.
Veins are soft and fill with cartilage or hard scab like mater. for us allergic to metal.
Our body tries all the time to get that metal gone.
Several disagree , .I have the allergy and I also worry of loss of liver and kidney.
Medicine is strong . For me it many prayers. Until they can find a better way.
We are blessed to have science try for heart veins in people.
No I do not think that it can be removed for the body covers it in skin.
yet us allergies constantly do not want the metal . We try you know.???

I, m not sure if I would go for that. That vein is soft and can collaspe easily. it needs to be kept opean. if it desolves it can not stay opean
it flexable , soft tissue. each his own.
