Absorb, the first fully dissolving bioresorbable stent, is now available at Genesis for the treatment of people with coronary artery disease. The Absorb heart stent was recently approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Genesis is among the first to implant the stent in a patient in the United States.
