Legally blind man arrested after officers mistake cane for weapon #shorts

Officials are investigating two deputies in Lake City, Florida, who arrested a legally blind man after mistaking his walking cane for a gun.The man, James Hodges, claims deputies violated his 4th Amendment right, prohibiting search and seizures without reasonable cause.

Isn’t it scary law enforcement officers ENFORCING the law but don’t know the law. You can be a high school dropouts and still can be a cop but knowing the law is mandatory to passing your grade! America is no third world country where you need to show your ID if you didn’t commit a crime.
