What advice do you have for people mirroring you. Just the other day it was obvious I was being mimicked from my stance to me swaying back n forth to see if this person (my manager) would follow while I was talking to one of my co-worker and my manager was on the other side of the room conversating w another employee. From the corner of my eye I would get a glance of this person eyeing my way// also I've seen another employee stare at me from a distance every time I conversate w chicks from my work place- just wanna know what their motives may be. With my manager tho I was so stressed to the point that I had to look into the fragments of narcissism, n the copying part was only one reason I chose to look into the topic.. I'm aware of the quote saying it's the highest form of flattery but it's more so annoying and creepy. Would love to hear your personal insight on this. Hope to catch you live soon.
