How I Design Shader Effects | Unity Basics

Shader Graph has made shader-making in Unity a lot more approachable, but sometimes it's still difficult to know exactly what to look for when you're basing your shaders on something you've seen elsewhere, whether it's another game or the real world.

In this Unity Basics, I'll explore the thought process I employ when I'm making a shader based on something else. We'll look at shape, texture, lighting, colour, and so on. I'll be looking at the Dissolve effect I already made for this purpose!

This project uses Unity 2020.2.1f1 and URP 10.2.2, but it should work with other versions.

How can you use the cutoff Height in HDR Pipeline? In Preview it works, but in game it doesnt.
