Good day Dr. Banik. I have double vision in both my eyes. When i cover my left i can see double and when i cover my right i can also see double and its vertical. I did go to a doctor who provides glasses and she said i have astigmatism is this nornal for people having astigmatism?

I have double vision, but in background, the blur background is double, it isn't the problem but, quite, disturbing when is thik or see background, the closer object or the focused object is normal
