I was missing napa cabbage and dashi. So i used veggie stock, celery and buckchoy instead with extra salt. And the miso i had was dashi flavoured already. And then i added egg while it was still simmering hoping to poach it, which ended up fully cooked anyway 😂 But my gosh, it was so delicious! A satisfying light meal for a late dinner. Plus my gut will be thanking me for this 😁. Thanks for the inspiration (as well as Gordon Ramswy for adding the egg 😂)
