Traditional Tofu & Wakame Miso Soup Recipe

• 4.6 oz (130g) Tofu
• 1 tbsp Dried wakame seaweed
• 1.7 cup (400ml) Water
• 2 tbsp Miso paste
• 1/2 tsp Dashi granule

Make sure not to boil the miso soup as it kills the probiotics in it and also make sure you get a small strainer to get the clumps out of the miso even if you think it does not have lumps 😊 tip* if you check the ingredients and you see it has no dashi/kombu make sure you make a broth with kombu or the powder you used and boil with bonito flakes

800 mL water (3.38 cups), 260 grams tofu (about 1/2-2/3rd of a block of tofu from walmart), 2 TBSP dried wakame seaweed.1 tsp dashi granule.
Gently stir and bring this mixture to a boil.
After it reaches a boil, turn the heat off.
Whisk in 2 TBSP miso paste (white miso paste is used here)
Make sure not to have the miso paste boiling, as it kills the bacteria (and taste)
This yields 4 servings.
