How do I shoot in a live band environment with low lighting and an auditorium setting for plays

OK, thanks again, after watching your video several times I get closer to understand and manage the A7R5 better. There is one question: How can I program the camera, that after talking a picture the camera show me the work, BUT specificlly zoomed in to the focus point (to control the sharpness). My old NX1 could do that. I like that the camera is showing it directly, without pushing the loupe. If anyone can help with this, it would be great. Thanks in advance.

150:06 in spot AF, isnt there a setting to allow the subject to be recognized even if the spot isnt on the subject? thought there was a menu setting for that. (for stills).
