So, after watching this video, I remembered myself 2 years ago. At that time, I wanted to die more than anything, every damn day seemed unbearable for me and I wanted one thing - to close my eyes forever. There were many reasons for this desire, and depression for a year and a half was one of them. I remember setting a day for death and I almost did it, but one person saved me. I changed my worldview and perception of the world. I thought about life and began to act. I changed it radically and survived in the end.
You know, as a result, I want to say that if everything is bad for you and you don’t want to live, know one thing. At some point in life, this will pass, everything will work out. After all, good always comes after bad, right? It is impossible to live life without regrets and suffering, but you need to make sure that regrets dissolve in the newfound happiness
