I think Recruitment scheme is 'Agniveer' either in Navy or Army.... 'Agnipath' scheme too is related to Defence but are Agnipath and Agniveer the same???

Why ask for caste certificate when there is no utility in army recruitment?
Instead of giving answers Rajnath was speaking with reckless attitude and showing haughty behaviour.
Not expected from a senior minister of an ideal democratic nation.
