The Agnipath scheme is back in the spotlight. Opposition parties alleged that youth who want to get enrolled in the armed forces through the new defence recruitment scheme would need to present their caste and religion certificates. AAP MP Sanjay Singh said that the BJP-led central government is trying to create “jaativeers” using the scheme. BJP and Indian Army clarified that there have been no changes in the hiring process.

Everywhere even in private medical college, religion is asked in the form to take appointment in OP. everywhere it is requirement in admission or for a job, this is there for last 75 years. Defense it is must, we don't know who sneak in our military if get opportunity to enter from our enemy country. Filtration is necessary in recruitment.
