Thank you for contacting us. It is possible for you to be in active labour and not know it. I would advise you to talk to your health care provider as to a plan of action. Mother nature is a wonderful thing. I think you will sense a change, and will know when to go to the hospital. We are in the process of developing a suggested list for the hospital bag...stay tuned. A good time to pack your hospital bag is a few weeks before baby is due. Our labour and birth guide will be ready very soon and hopefully you will find it helpful. We will also be advising on what to pack into your hospital bag. First check to see what your hospital provides for you and your baby as this will dictate what you need to pack into your bag.
