The purpose of any squat is to get to the bottom. That's a great way of seein it. Cuz most of us concern more with gettin to the top. 💪

From a bodybuilding standpoint purely When you've mastered the art of being in control of your muscles and recruiting them efficiently and have then proceeded to be able to lift very heavy weights in this manner would at any point you then think okay we need to recruit slower tempo again because the only tool of progression that's being utilised is weight regardless of how efficiently its being lifted? I ask because I'm seeing a lot of relatively big amateur bodybuilders stacking plate loaded equipment to the point in which they're now loading the handles with plates and using a 2-1 tempo with minimal to moderate momentum but the size of there muscles are simply no reflection of that weight that's being lifted?
