I use my Sony headphones for my sound but have a separate condenser microphone soil sound great on my calls. I love it. The mix has a mute button too. That business headset looks less comfortable and I work from home so I don't need a busy light.

The fact that they're on-ear and not over-ear still speaks to how far the "work headset" needs to go as a genre

most of these features can't even be used my most call centers. CSR often don't get the option to answer calls as they are typically on auto-answer. Also typically you will be on the phone nearly the entire shift so see who's busy is mostly useless. Do any of these headsets help prevent tinnitus? Being able to auto adjust the incoming sound from the 'customer' would be great because some people are quiet while others are loud af. Is this not a feature on any headset...it's not new tech

Where I'm from some business have started using HyperX wireless headsets, they literally have all the features you listed with a better mic and better audio

I'm done with Jabra. The Evolve 75, Evolve2 75, both had the 'flip to mute' break right after the warranty, and support won't do anything. Thinking about the Voyager Focus 2's now.

I’m thinking of getting the Logitech G A50 for cold calling will there be a 1-5 second delay, I had the Poly Voger 2 even when I turn off the delay it still had a 5 second. So looking to switch, what headset is really good for cold calling?

I think most modern headset support these features on Windows. Most people that buy these buy them for both private and business

Half the problem is only being usable for Windows. I use Mac and Windows and some of these just aren’t cross applicable.
