The Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 Vs Lenovo Legion 5 Pro, making up two highly sought-after laptops for creative professionals working in video editing, 3D modeling, After Effects, and Architecture. Which one should you buy? ►⏩►⏩ Check specs and pricing in the links below…

The Legion 5 Pro has received a lot of interest in the past few months. It has a powerful GPU (NVIDIA RTX 3070), powerful CPU (Ryzen 7 5800H), and can show off good battery life. However, I find it chunky, not very styled, and a little on the heavy side. But the performance really stands out, especially with 3D modeling. So I can see where the draw comes from for this laptop.

The Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 and HP Omen are well suited for 4k video editing, design, photo-editing, 3D modeling, After Effects, and more!

When testing the speakers, I think you need to use the same sound clip which will make it easier to tell the difference between them.

Zephyrus G15 for me. It's powerful and classy in a relatively compact package.

I would love the M16 vs Legion 5 Pro! I'm really struggling to choose, even though the M16 is significantly more expensive.

I would have loved the legion
But at the time, the legion is hard to get, but best buy is pumping out g15s like crazy

Legion 5 5600h rtx 3060 user here when buying consider the 120hz display is okay but leans more towards to trash, battery life sucks on the 60wh but for other things like termals, performance etc its amazing also one of the cheapest 3060 laptops i could find while also running it at peak 130watt

I’ve had both and definitely prefer the G15. Yes I wish there was a webcam and mux switch on the G15, but the speakers, the portability, the battery life, the keyboard and trackpad, and just the overall premium feel for how much performance you get is just awesome on the G15. Also hooking it up to an external monitor gives you a nice boost in performance too!

I think the dealbreaker is less weight and more battery for me. I could deal with the heavier one but I need enough battery to get through school.

I got the G15 Recently and I was really disappointed with the Thermals. It runs really hot even after just 10mins of playing FPS Titles. I think the Legion 5 Pro is a better buy if you are looking to buy the Laptop for Gaming. I really liked the form factor of the G15, but the keyboard deck gets too hot that it's almost impossible to play games on the Laptop's Keyboard.

Had Legion 5 Pro, only thing that I loved about it was the I/O and performance. I had a faulty batch which included lots of resolution issues, wrong wi-fi card... but biggest issue was the weight. It's built like a tank and is as heavy. With the charger it's over 7 pounds, have fun carrying that around.

Here in Asia there's a big difference in cost between these two machines. I'm tempted by legion 5 pro, I only wanna play fifa and maybe watch dogs

Thanks again, although the legion was too heavy for me anyway.
I'm looking for a great creator QHD color accurate screen, less than 2.5 kilograms, 15 or 16 inches, suitable for gaming and namely for the next Halo game 😇. Any advice guys?

In my country the zephyrus g15 costs around 290k≈$3300, and the legion 5 pro costs around 220k≈$2500 .
And I can't afford either of those. It's mental !!!😆

Why is nobody talking about the price gap?

This is a late question but for laptop that will be used for 3d modeling such as solidworks autoCAD and probably Matlab what would you suggest between these two? If there's a better suggestion what would it be?

Please reduce the transition/effect time when the benchmarks and specs pop up! It makes it very hard to compare the two laptops easily

As an owner of Legion 5 (non pro), I find it really annoying to see that a lot of men complain about carrying a few more pounds of weight on their backs but also whine about not having enough money to buy the more expensive, lighter laptop with the same performance.

Like bro, you ain't carrying the world or even carry the laptop all day. Pick up them balls on the ground and man the fk up.

Bought the L5Pro and it was awesome, the screen is more powerful and the build feel more sturdy. Don't like the Asus build where hot air is blowing on the screen which could cause issues in the long run.
