It's time to make homemade pizza! We're going to make a classic Quattro Stagioni pizza from scratch, Almazan Kitchen style! And it's not just the pizza that's made from scratch, but the stove too. To make an authentic pizza, you need to use homemade and organic ingredients, just like we do. Our four seasons pizza is made with shiitake mushrooms and mozzarella for winter, multicolored peppers for spring, prosciutto for autumn, and pepper salami for summer. But you can arrange your Quattro Stagioni pizza any way you like it.
