Wanneer is het verstandig om de oliepomp riem te vervangen? Ik heb dezelfde motorblok CRLB en ben van plan om de distributieriem + waterpomp te vervangen. Ik vroeg mij af of de oliepomp riem ook aan vervanging toe is of is deze "levenslang"? Km stand 185000km

What was the reason to change the oil pump belt since it is supposed to last the life of the engine ? Was it disintegrating and leaving debris on the oil pickup strainer ?

Can this pump be the reason for low oil pressure warning intermittently like once a drive? I already changed the sensor. When the engine is warmed up it sometimes flashes the red oil light and then goes away.
