Our mission is to encourage, empower, and inspire people to live a life that Blesses God, in accordance with His word. As the Psalmist proclaims, "Bless God in the great congregation, the Lord, O you who are of Israel's fountain" (Psalm 68:26 ESV), and "Every day will I bless Thee; and I will praise Thy name forever and ever" (Psalm 145:2 KJV). Just as Simeon, after encountering Jesus, "took him up in his arms and blessed God" (Luke 2:28 ESV), we seek to lead others in a life of stewardship, relevant engagement, and practical living that honors and blesses the Lord.

Sin does have to be judged, and it was, on the cross, when He who knew no sin bore all of our sins and died the death we deserve. He was judged for our sins so we don't have to be. 🙏🙏💪💪💪 The one thing that will separate a person from God forever is unbelief in that atonement. A willful rejection of such amazing grace.

Those who are destroyed, choose to be destroyed . We judge ourselves .

I appreciate you putting apologetics on this channel, awesome stuff! You should consider having some Catholic apologists on the channel. I would love for someone smarter than myself to describe venial/mortal sin and eternal punishment/temporal punishment and the biblical roots for each

Like you said, unbelief is a sin, so even with that claim you would still have to say that people are destroyed because of their sin

My question would be: Who is the New Testament referring to when it mentions “God’s elect” and election(Greek root word is the same for church and chosen)? Calvinists didn’t invent the word “elect”. It’s there in scripture.
So we know there’s a choosing(electing) that God does, is it based on their response of belief or God’s unmerited favour (grace)?

Our sins are under the blood. Those who are genuinely born again.

This is just a question that has been on my mind in terms of provisionism, and objections that may come up from Calvinists.

Why does one person believe and the other does not? Is it because the person who believed was more humble than the other? I don’t have a presupposition to these questions, I just have been thinking about objections that come up that I’ve been wrestling with.

“Prostitutes are in no danger of finding their present life so satisfactory that they cannot turn to God: the proud, the avaricious, the self-righteous, are in that danger.”

Calvinists and Provisionists BOTH limit the atonement.
The Provisionist broadens its scope to everyone, yet, limits its power to effectually save those for whom the atonement is made (everyone) since not all are saved.

The Calvinists conversely limits the scope of the atonement (Christ died for the elect) but says that every person for whom the atonement is made will be brought to faith in that atonement through the working of the Holy Spirit.

It comes down to what we believe the INTENT of Christ’s death was that determines what we believe the extent of the atonement will be. I believe the Bible shows us that Christ is a perfect and powerful savior who cannot fail to save anyone he laid his life down for.

Matthew 1:21 (NASB): 21 “She will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.” < He will save them, not just provide a way.

John 6:37–39 (NASB): 37 “All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will certainly not cast out.
38 “For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.
39 “This is the will of Him who sent Me, that of all that He has given Me I lose nothing, but raise it up on the last day. < Those given to Christ by the Father will come and they will be raised up because Christ doesn’t fail to do the will of His Father.

The only consistent way to allow Christ to remain a fully powerful savior and not limit the atonement is to say that all will be saved, which we know is untrue because Jesus Himself separates the sheep and the goats and casts the goats into eternal punishment in Matthew 25.

Does God judge sin??? Yes, the sin of unbelief. Period.

R-R-Ruslan! Yo, my auto correct kept changing your name to islam 😂. I like this video. But, here is my hang up...Jesus said NO ONE came come to Him unless the Father draws them. So, I disagree with Dr. Flowers’ “anyone statement.” I also disagree with the wording of the “destroyed” component of his acrostic. Yes, unbelief but because of sin. Unbelief festers and grows in the pool of sin.

We are sent to hell because of unrepentant sin. Sin destroys the gift of grace within us and if the believer dies with the stain of unrepentant sin, they will face eternal damnation.
