Hello, I live in the USA, my case is a bit weird. So at my current job there are two workers that are through the temp agency. They’re not getting paid more because the boss is already paying enough to the agency. My question is can I start an agency where I get to pay them m. I really don’t want the money. Just enough to save more insurance, works comp and some money so they can get a bounus at the end of year or even pay sick days. If someone can help out with this.
