1) minimum 12-14 hrs strictly without any food- just water only

2) more salads- source of potassium etc

3) ACVinegar - 1tsp in a glass of warm water if bloating after salads

4) bhumi amla powder - twice dailyx 3months- gap of 1month- again 3months -x 1yr
Start with half tsp- empty stomach- x 5 days---> increase to 1tsp.

Probably you are talking about Keezhar Nelli, this is traditionally and widely used in Kerala. No herb can match this. No one should trust it's powdered form as the same may not be genuine. In kerala everywhere it available No need to specially plant it. It naturally grows there. But since now living in Mumbai it's difficult to get it.
