A woman whom my parents knew, told me that if I didn't know what to say when conversing, then I should ask people about themselves because people always like to talk about themselves. ....ummm "magnetic"...it would be grand if "magnetic" people had these traits, which are the traits of a true, noble human being, in my understanding, however "magnetic people" can also be people with strong charming forces, who can appear genuine but, alas, are more of a picture than a reality - some of the very best people I have known have been ordinary plain folk who do not particularly attract attention, but turn out to be super impressive over time, because of what they actually do when difficulties arise, and also, because of things they don't do...

I think these are all great traits to cultivate in ourselves and makes us valuable as friends and family members, but genuine charisma, I think, is a soul quality that flows through us when we are truly inspired with great and higher ideas and motivations. When these soul energies flow down to us we don't have to worry so much about about our personalities. These higher energies which are a part of our wholeness sort of take over in us and we become charismatic naturally. Any charismatic person I met in my life was flooded with the energy of higher ideals and goals. That's why you see them in poliitics, religious or social movements healing arts ect. So, if you want to be charismatic hook into some mission that is greater than yourself alone. and witness the light start flooding through you.
