Tips: when you eat the soup dumpling you might want to gently bite the side of the dumpling a LITTLE bit not the whole thing because it will burn you mouth. And when you already cooled down or you already bite the side of the dumpling, you can put a little bit of vinegar and raw ginger because it will taste better! don’t drink ALL the soup out because if you did do that, then it will not taste good without the soup. + that’s the point!!😊

Rather than sweet chilli sauce you should give it a go with chilli oil. It will enhance it more!
