My grandfather and his caregiver are both registered and they cant log in to the app. There so tech support and ppl never picked up the phone since January. This is unacceptable im missing days off work tryin to figure this out

after transition i can not clock-in, also i can not contact PPL by phone, PPL does not answers the calls at all,
maybe someone can suggest me something?
